Role Definitions (7 Distinct Roles)

Listing Agent

Owner of listing. Full control over offers, counter offers, acceptance, rejection, amendments, and closing.

Co-Listing Agent

Pro-tier feature. Shared listing ownership with same privileges as primary listing agent on assigned listings.

Buyer's Agent

Submits offers on behalf of buyers. Views own offers and counter offers. Cannot see other agents' offer details.

Seller

Read-only access to offers on their property. Views AI summaries, comparison data, and offer status. Cannot accept or reject.

Buyer

Read-only access to their own offer status and documents. Notified via email on all status changes.

Transaction Coordinator

Invited by listing or buyer agent. Read access to transaction documents. No edit privileges.

Platform Admin

Internal platform role. Full access to all records, user management, subscription management, and system diagnostics.
