OFFRCTC is the contract-to-close module in OFFRPORTL. The moment an offer is accepted, it opens a compliance file for that transaction with a full checklist of the documents the deal requires.
The file builds itself
The binding agreement is pulled in from the accepted offer, and you can split the PDF by page range to assign the right pages to the right checklist item. Amendments, earnest money receipts, proof of funds, termination notices, and the ALTA statement attach as they are uploaded to the transaction.
You are not re-uploading documents that already exist in the deal — they are already there.
Broker review without email
A Pro broker assigns a compliance reviewer and the agents that reviewer oversees. The reviewer gets a queue, opens each submitted document, and approves it or rejects it with a note explaining what is wrong.
Agents see exactly which items are pending, approved, or rejected, so nothing sits in limbo waiting on a reply.
Everything grouped by stage
- Active — under contract, checklist in progress
